    Melcourt EquifallTM is used to:-

  • Provide a clean, riding surface for horses
  • Provide a soft, safe. clean riding surface

    Product Description

  • An intimate mixture of coarse wood wafers and cut strips of bark
  • Particle size 10-110 long, 10-45mm wide and up to 1mm thick.
  • Wood content is greater than the bark
    Typical Uses

  • Low cost starter surface for first time users.
  • Surface for less-able riders. Excellent impact attenuation if rider falls.
  • Bridleway surface to reduce muddy conditions.
  • Economical surface to keep high traffic areas clean.
  • Confidence building surface for young riders.

Melcourt EquifallTM is free flowing and will settle during initial rolling. Approximately 20% compaction should be allowed when calculating the final finished depth to be installed.


Product settlement percentages are provided for your guidance only. If the product settles more than the minimum figure stated, it is the customer's responsibility to order sufficient additional material, to give the required finished depth.
