Typical Uses
- Suitable for most biofilter applications where odours are organic in origin - e.g. sewage and sludge works, food processing factories, animal by-product rendering plants, abattoirs, pet food processors, worm, maggot and pig farms etc., etc.,
- Ideal as skeletal frame to support peat fibre and similar soft texture fillers.

Installation Rates
- Suitable for beds up to 2.00 metres deep
- Can be used in association with finer fibrous fillers.
Note: Fluffed up heather will permit large volumes of products such as peat fibre to be contained within its matrix. Consequently volume requirements of both media needs careful calculation.
- Heather can also be used in layers with other compatible products.
