- Our registered trade names and marks are a valuable asset to our company and we therefore protect them.
- The most common trade mark infringements are with our brand name Playbark®. It is company policy to object to unauthorised use of this valued trade mark and we have taken action to prevent use of identical and similar trade marks when this is liable to cause public confusion. We do not object to use of the descriptive terms

- We constantly review other companies’ sales and marketing literature including their websites, together with any packaging copy.
- When we find an infringement, we act promptly to protect our rights, acting in conjunction with our legal advisors and with local trading standards authorities.
